- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Non-Returnable Items: Please note that custom products and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully review your custom orders before completing your purchase.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

silkfloweremporium@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. - Pack Your Items: Carefully package the items you wish to return, ensuring they are secure to prevent damage during shipping.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package back to us at the address provided in the RA confirmation email. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is approved, minus the 20% restocking fee.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a full refund or exchange.
5. Exchanges
